Because when something breaks, the people who built the site are the people fixing the server. No ticket queue between two vendors blaming each other.
Where is my data stored?
In Australian data centres. Cloud resources from Amazon and Vultr are used where a site needs them, also in Australian regions.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes, and the review and migration are free. We copy the site, test it on our hosting, then switch DNS at a quiet time.
What does WordPress maintenance actually include?
Updates applied and checked, security scanning, performance tuning, uptime monitoring, and a sensible amount of small changes each quarter.
